The Old School Essence is dedicated to reviving the timeless essence and nostalgia of British carp fishing heritage.

The mission is to educate and celebrate the traditions of simpler times, when anglers would often mix a 12-egg blend, rolling bait on the bank while sharing special memories over endless cups of tea and stories of what could be.

While technology has advanced alongside ingredients and knowledge, we have embraced these improvements without losing that old school ethos of giving carp a quality food source. This allows us to offer proper anglers a unique, genuine HNV (High Nutritional Value) bait that retains the classic look, smell, and nostalgia of traditional British carp angling.

Matching pop-ups, wafters, pellet, and liquid food are also available to complement the OSE flagship bait as carp anglers we understand that establishing a food bait on a campaign comes with matching hook baits, liquids. The range has being designed by carp anglers for carp anglers that have fished up and down the country and abroad over the last two decades.

Alongside this flagship mix, which rolls back the years, a range of hook baits is available for different situations as a set range for those anglers wanting consistency.
