The Old School Essence Shellfish Sense Appeal, Plum & Spice Fishmeal Boilie is a high-quality, premium carp angling bait crafted around a high inclusion of premium fishmeals & milk proteins rounded off with an unmistakable old-school flavour profile. Inspired by the legendary Rod Hutchinson, the Shellfish Sense Appeal base is complemented by a subtle hint of plum, creating a distinctive and highly attractive profile. An abundance of carefully selected ingredients are incorporated into the mix, delivering an exceptional natural amino acid profile, supported by proven feed stimulants, unique spices, essential oils and quality hydrolysates, including liquid liver and fermented shrimp, all incorporated at carefully considered levels.

The result is a dense, naturally coloured, deep-red fishmeal boilie with a classic appearance and a distinctive texture. Its slightly firmer consistency makes it particularly well suited to use with a throwing stick, while still offering excellent digestibility. The bait can also be softened with lake water when required, helping to replicate the texture of a bait that has been present in the lake for a longer period of time.
